Shipping Policy

At MEQ Jewelry, every piece is handmade and packaged with care. Here’s what to expect when your order is on its way to you.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

US Shipping

all U.S. orders are shipped for a flat rate of $6.

Orders of $150 or more receive free U.S. shipping.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on the carrier. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MEQ Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is a flat rate of $25. Orders of $150 or more receive free international shipping.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs and international transit times. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order or shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MEQ Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is showing as delivered but you can’t find it, checking with your local post office or carrier and looking around your delivery location is recommended before contacting maggiequillin@meqjewelery.com.

If your package is lost in transit or you’re experiencing an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MEQ Jewelry is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
